General Terms and Conditions
Triple I - Insight Impact Innovation Inc. (“Triple I,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to safeguarding your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information obtained through your use of the Triple I platform including our website, dashboards, ECOHUB AI engine, demo/trial signups, and related services (collectively, “Services”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User” or “you”) accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. This includes all future updates or modifications, which will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Purpose of the Platform
The Triple I Platform allows Users to:
- Upload ESG-related data from multiple sources and formats (PDFs, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.)
- Map and transform this data into compliance-ready reports aligned with international sustainability standards such as CSRD, ESRS, GRI, and the GHG Protocol
- Generate dashboards, audits, emissions calculations (Scopes 1, 2, and optionally 3), and other ESG disclosures
The Platform may evolve and add or remove features at any time.
3. Account Creation and Security
- To access the Platform, Users must create an account by providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Triple I reserves the right to suspend access in the event of suspected misuse, breach of security, or violation of these Terms.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
- Access to certain Platform features requires a subscription plan. Details of pricing, billing frequency, and payment methods are presented at checkout or in your service agreement.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- Triple I may suspend or limit access to the Platform in the event of non-payment.
5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
Users agree to:
- Not use the Platform for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any component of the Platform.
- Only upload data they have the legal right to use and share.
Triple I reserves the right to audit Platform usage and data submission for compliance.
6. Data Ownership and Processing
- Users retain full ownership of the data they upload.
- By using the Platform, Users grant Triple I a limited, non-exclusive, global license to process and analyze this data for the sole purpose of delivering services and improving the Platform.
- Triple I will never sell personal or ESG-related data to third parties.
Triple I’s data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and Modifications
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Triple I may suspend or modify parts of the Platform for maintenance, security, legal, or product development reasons without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Platform (software, content, branding, underlying AI models like ECOHUB) are the exclusive property of Triple I and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce or exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.
9. Duration and Termination
- The Terms are effective upon first use and remain so until either party terminates.
- Users may delete their account at any time.
- Triple I reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in case of breach, security risk, or legal requirement.
Upon termination, access will be revoked and stored data may be deleted after 90 days, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Force Majeure
Triple I shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events outside its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory restrictions, power outages, pandemics).
If such an event lasts more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement without compensation.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
